      As Director of Merchandising for the Peabody Essex Museum, Victor is responsible for all aspects of PEM’S award winning store. He has gained keen insight and vast institutional knowledge with over three decades working in product development, management, publishing, merchandising and creating retail experiences for cultural attractions that include Boston Museum of Science, ICA Boston and Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
