Drop-in Art Making
Caribou Ornaments
Know before you go
In-person event
Location: Create Space 1
Included with admission
Caribou are traditional symbols of winter around the globe. (Did you know caribou and reindeer are the same species?) These majestic creatures are vital to the health of the boreal forest, a relationship that’s explained in our Knowing Nature exhibition. Join us to honor these animals’ importance by creating your own caribou ornament to treasure or share!
Regular Drop-in Art Making is held in person Friday–Sunday and holiday Mondays in our Create Space studios. Friday art making is recommended for ages 10 and up, while weekend and holiday activities are suitable for ages 4 and up. Activities are created and led by PEM art educators.
