$20 per bat house. Preregistration required.
Each ticket covers one bat house and up to four family members.
Give your local bats a safe place to roost by building your own bat house! Join bat biologist and educator Maria Armour for a hands-on workshop where you'll construct a bat house while learning fascinating facts about bats in Massachusetts and around the world. No woodworking experience is required, and all materials and instructions will be provided. The registration fee includes everything you’ll need to build one single-chamber bat house, which can provide summer shelter for a small colony of local bats.
