When to Book
Booking a self-guided group visit requires a minimum of one week’s advance notice. Requests for guided tours with a PEM staff member require a minimum of three weeks’ advance notice. To book, please contact grouptours@pem.org.

Group Fees
All groups must pay PEM admission upon arrival:

Self-Guided Group Visit: $23 per adult/senior
PEM-Guided Tours: $25 per adult/senior

Groups are defined as having a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 20 participants. For larger groups, such as bus tours, participants will be separated into smaller subgroups to navigate the museum safely and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

PEM membership and complimentary passes will not be accepted for group bookings. For bus tour groups, the driver and tour operator receive complimentary admission.

Please note: If your group needs to cancel a tour, please notify the Group Tours department a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival. All cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Motor Coach Parking
Motor coach parking is available in designated spots throughout the city. Your driver may drop off and pick up your group at the museum’s Groups Entrance on the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall or by the Main Entrance at the corner of Essex Street and 2 New Liberty Street.

Arriving for Your Visit
We will confirm your entry point and arrival time during the booking process. Upon arrival, the group leader should check in with the associate at the entrance. For groups taking a PEM-guided tour, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
