In this 1996 blockbuster starring Winona Ryder and Daniel Day-Lewis and set in 1692, a Salem resident attempts to frame her ex-lover's wife as a witch during the Salem Witch Trials. The movie is adapted from Arthur Miller’s play by the same name.
