$5 Members and Salem residents; $10 nonmembers
No experience with sound bathing or mindfulness is needed to participate. Come as you are — we’ll meet you there!
Sealed water is permitted in the galleries during meditation. We recommend you bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing and silence your devices to get the most out of this experience.
Join us in welcoming the summer solstice with an immersive sound bathing experience in the museum garden, guided by Soul City Yoga’s Shanel Anderson. Reset your mind and body with a seasonally relevant guided meditation and an immersive sound bath that includes the soothing sound of singing bowls, and start off the summer feeling grounded and refreshed.
