Could you imagine your body adapting in order to sleep through the coldest months? Several animals make it through winter by hibernating: lowering their body temperature and slowing down their heartbeat and breathing. Come paint what an animal might look like as it hibernates in its den, using natural wooden rounds and acrylic paint.
Regular Drop-in Art Making is held in person Friday–Sunday and holiday Mondays in our Create Space studios. Friday art making is recommended for ages 10 and up, while weekend and holiday activities are suitable for ages 4 and up. Activities are created and led by PEM art educators.
