Forest Bathing and Dreamscapes in Ropes Mansion Garden

      Know before you go

      In-person event
Location: Ropes Mansion Garden, 318 Essex St, Salem, MA

      Free

Art supplies and seating will be provided. You are welcome to bring a water bottle.

If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, we will contact registrants by 9 am on the day of the event.

Slow down, unplug and awaken your senses with a guided immersive experience that combines rest and wandering. First, enjoy a forest bathing session interspersed with facilitated group moments and solo time. Then, using watercolors and paper, let your garden observations inspire waking "dreamscapes" and see what colors, shapes, and patterns emerge. All prompts and levels of participation are optional and open to interpretation.
