      Join entertainment reporter Marcellas Reynolds, the author of SUPREME MODELS, SUPREME ACTRESSES and the newly released SUPREME SIRENS, as he explores his groundbreaking series of publications celebrating the lives and legacies of iconic Black women across the beauty and entertainment industries. His books’ stunning photographs and revealing essays detail how Black women have influenced culture and reshaped the standards and boundaries of fashion, beauty, film and music.

      Hosted by Petra Slinkard, Director of Curatorial Affairs and the Nancy B. Putnam Curator of Fashion and Textiles, this conversation with Reynolds follows his journey of writing the SUPREME series and speaks to the impact of these iconic women, past and present.

Now a celebrated author and documentarian, he lives in sunny Southern California, surrounded by books, friends, shoes and a betta fish named – what else – Marcellas.
