Robert M. Monk, Jr. CFM – Chief of Security, Facilities Operations and Planning
Mr. Monk joined PEM in 1999 coming from Metcalf & Eddy Engineers, Inc., a Boston-based international engineering firm, where he served for over fifteen years as Director of Corporate Facilities and Security. At M&E he was responsible for all aspects of the operation, maintenance and security of its corporate headquarters in Boston and New Jersey as well as 80 regional and project offices across the US and Puerto Rico.

Monk earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University's Lincoln College, is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) and has since been active in the International Association of Facility Managers as well as the International Association of Museum Facility Administrators.
