Whether you need to replace a lost membership card or simply ask a question, we are here to accommodate your membership needs. We check our e-mail daily and are available by phone and email 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you would like to register for or have a question about a public program, please call 978-745-9500, ext. 3011. Be sure to mention that you are a member to make certain that your discount will be applied.

On occasion, PEM shares names and addresses of its members with other reputable nonprofit organizations. If you prefer that your name and address not be shared, please submit the information below.

PEM members at the Family, Sponsor, Patron and Benefactor levels are invited to enroll their children or grandchildren in the Birthday Club. Children 16 and under will receive a birthday card and coupon good for one of our delicious Atrium Cafe cookies!
