HOW A BOOK IS MADE
11 am, Morse Auditorium
For adults and children ages 6 and up
Reservations highly recommended
Unclaimed, reserved seats will be made available to unticketed visitors five minutes prior to the start of the program.

Author and illustrator Grace Lin shows the many steps of publishing, reads one of her books, answers questions and draws one of her characters. A book signing follows. Books will be available for purchase, or bring your own.

 

WOODBLOCK PRINTS

Drop-in Art Activity, Noon–3 pm

Art Studios

Use custom-made Year of the Tiger woodblocks by local artist Salem Minegar to print your own Lunar New Year card.

LUNAR NEW YEAR
