Come see the winning design for the 2011 Waterfowl Stamp and other noteworthy entries. Also see winning entries from the 2010 Junior Duck Stamp Contest by students in grades K–12. Massachusetts is the only state to feature a painting of a decoy on its waterfowl stamp, in celebration of the region’s rich tradition of decoy carving.
