Membership Coordinator

We are seeking a temporary part-time membership coordinator to work in our development office. The position works on the day-to-day administrative tasks of the department and serves as a customer service contact for the membership program. Key responsibilities include: processing/entering gifts; fulfillment of membership materials; responding to membership inquiries.  This is a three month engagement.

College degree preferred. Solid database (Raisers Edge) and computer skills; strong organizational, customer service skills; attention to detail; comfortable phone presence; ability to multitask while maintaining deadlines; ability to work independently as needed.
